What data we collect

Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to notify you when the Refyn app launches and to understand what features matter most to our users. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box on our registration form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) for preference data).

How long we keep your data

We will hold your data until Refyn launches and you have been notified, or for a maximum of 24 months from the date you register — whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

Your data is stored securely via Netlify Forms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
